Possessing over 30 years of experience in public relations and communicating complex issues to general audiences, Robert Stears has advocated for individuals, for-profit companies, and governmental organizations. In his most recent roles, Robert Stears has focused on improving patients’ experiences while receiving urgent medical care.
Between July 2016 and May 2020, Robert Stears served as a welcome ambassador for Hackensack Meridian Health in Holmdel , New Jersey, working in the emergency department at Bayshore Community Hospital. He registered patients and accompanied physicians and nurses who circulated throughout the department, checking up on patients. By bridging visiting families and hospital staff, he created a more empathetic environment.
Starting in November 2020, Mr. Stears began a strategic advising business in Asbury Park, New Jersey. He provides consulting services for medical nonprofit organizations. He also applies his skills to advocate on behalf of both patients who need organ transplants and prospective donors.
